Hi, I’m Ashley! A 32-year-old mother-of-5 who thinks that she’s a blogger. I’m married to my best friend in the entire world (hi, Brandon!) and we’ve been married since 2010. In the past 13 years we’ve lived in 6 homes, 3 states, 2 countries, and had 5 incredible kids. We currently live in Missouri and are slowly adjusting and learning to love the area.
Brandon has a bachelor’s degree in Social Work and is a CBRN Officer in the United States Army. It’s been a whirlwind of an adventure having him in the Armed Forces and it hasn’t been without challenges. Through it all we’ve gained a greater appreciation for each other and have grown SO MUCH. I’ll forever be grateful for the time he has spent in the Army.
I have a bachelor’s degree in Marriage and Family Studies from BYU-Idaho and I am so grateful for the online program that allowed me to continue my education (albeit slowly) all while moving multiple times with the military and having babies along the way! I am passionate about mental health and will one day pursue a Master’s Degree and work to become a Counselor. For now, I’m embracing being in “mom mode” and trying to savor every single moment with my amazing children.
